THIS is monster Andy Cash dancing and drinking at a gathering just hours before he knifed his three siblings to death.
Our footage shows Cash partying with innocent family and friends with a can in his hand as the Tina Turner hit The Best played in the background.
Cash, wearing a navy shirt and blue jeans, danced alone while others chatted away in the background.
He later began talking about family members in a way that made others there uncomfortable.
It was from this gathering - which was being held on the one year anniversary of a relative’s passing - that Cash got a taxi from and travelled to Rossfield Avenue in , southwest .
His twin brother and sister, eight-year-olds Chelsea and Christy, were asleep in bed while older sibling Lisa, 18, was watching in another room.
As the taxi driver waited outside, evil Cash unleashed horror in the early hours of September 4, 2022.
The deranged killer stabbed and slashed Lisa - who bravely fought for her life - 71 times to her face, neck, chest and limbs after she told him she had no money and that he should not be at the house.
Little Christy suffered 107 sharp force injuries before being thrown out a first floor window of the house, while his twin sister Chelsea was stabbed and slashed 65 times.
Cash then remerged and told the taxi driver to call 999 but as the gardai’s Emergency Response Unit arrived, he threw a television from the top floor before dangling his little brother, who at that stage appeared lifeless, out the window before dropping him to the ground.

A source said: “Cash was at the gathering but no one there could have ever imagined what he was going to do.
“A video which appeared on social media on the night showed him dancing and appearing calm. Within just a few hours, he had murdered his three siblings in the most brutal manner.”
Guilty plea
Cash this week pleaded guilty to the three killings and was handed down a life term behind bars.
We have also learned that he is locked up in Mountjoy Prison, where he has been since being arrested over the murders, and the only people who came to see him there was his legal team.
Prison sources say he keeps to himself behind bars.
The now 26-year-old was kept for over a year in the psychiatric medical unit of Mountjoy that is overseen by staff from the Central Mental Hospital.
Medical assessments
He was put on medication and assessed by psychologists and psychiatrists.
He shared a landing with Stephen Silver - serving a capital murder sentence for shooting hero Detective Garda Colm Horkan dead in June 2020 - but they spent most of the days in the unit on their own in their rooms.
A source said: “Cash and Silver would know each other because they were both being treated there at the same time. They would have mixed with each other in the landing in Mountjoy.”
Isolated for own safety
Cash was then moved a few months ago to the medical unit in what is known as the Progressive Unit but he was deliberately kept away from the general prison population for his own safety.
The source added: “Andy Cash has more or less been on constant suicide watch since he came in here and we continue to monitor him. We believe he is still a danger to himself.”

In a victim impact statement in court on Tuesday, the victims’ mother Margaret McDonagh, along with other family members, said: “It’s been two birthdays, two and two of every occasion that we have spent without them.
“We miss everything about them, hearing their voices, their laughs, the conversations we would have, the games we would play as a family, the hugs and kisses that we won’t ever get from them again.”
