A TWISTED member of a notorious paedophile group has admitted 45 child sex offences in one of the worst cases ever seen.

Disgraced Scout leader Mark Frost, 70, joined PIE (Paedophile Information Exchange) - a paedophile group campaigning to legalise child sex - in 1978.

During a 30-year reign of terror, the monster taught English at schools across the UK, rose up to be a senior figure in the Scouts and even adopted a child.

He is feared to have molested and raped dozens of boys in Britain and overseas dating back to the 1980s.

He was jailed in 1993 and 1998 and later linked to the biggest international investigations into child abuse online, but was free to travel abroad when his name was removed from the Sex Offenders' Register in 2008.

Frost spent time in France, Spain and Sweden before he was finally arrested in Thailand's Pattaya - notorious with sex tourists - in 2013.

The prolific paedophile, who changed his name from Andrew Tracey in 2014 and went on the run, was finally tracked down to Alicante, in Spain and arrested under a European Arrest Warrant last year.

He now faces dying in jail after pleading guilty to the historical abuse of two male pupils in the UK in the late Eighties and early Nineties and nine boys, aged between 10 and 14, in Thailand between 2009 and 2013.

Sick Frost used his teacher's pension to lure poverty-stricken youngsters to his foreign home to swim or play computer games.

The monster would then take advantage of them sexually before rewarding the boys with sweets or cash.

He forced them to perform on webcam for a sick pal in the Netherlands and even made one boy make 'love heart' gestures and blow kisses.

The creep also urged children to perform seances with a Ouija board and had sex with one youngster next to his adopted son.

While living in the West Midlands, twisted Frost plied his victims with booze and drugs and encouraged them to have underage sex with each other.

The details emerged when police raided the property Frost, then known as Andrew Tracey, in 1992, while he was working as an English teacher at a nearby school.

Prosecutors said it is one of the worst cases they have ever come across, while a dedicated NSPCC helpline has been set up as police fear there could be many more victims yet to come forward in the UK.

Silver-haired Frost appeared at the Old Bailey today to plead guilty to the charges. He denied similar offences but the court heard it was not in the public interest to proceed with a trial.

The court heard Frost attacked two male pupils while working as an English teacher at a school in the West Midlands.

But the most recent charges relate to the abuse of nine young Thai boys.

The victims spoke of physical violence, with one recalling how he was dragged out of Frost's car with a belt around his neck before his attacker threatened to throw him down a well.

Detectives from the National Crime Agency (NCA) and the NSPCC are appealing for other victims during his 20 year teaching career at schools in Hertfordshire and Worcestershire to come forward.

John Cameron, head of NSPCC helplines, said: "Mark Frost is a very dangerous paedophile with a long and vile history of sexually abusing children in Thailand and distributing images of child abuse.

"Frost worked as a teacher in the UK until 1996 and today's guilty plea may encourage further victims to speak out."

They have set up a helpline - 0800 3280904.

Judge Mark Lucraft QC adjourned sentencing until 10am on Thursday.
