Schoolboy, 10, suffers life threatening injuries in collision with van in north London

A 10-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being hit by a van in north London this morning.

The youngster suffered serious head injuries in the crash in Ravensdale Road, Stamford Hill, just after 8.30am.

He was rushed to hospital by paramedics.

Police told the his injuries are life threatening.

The driver of the van is assisting police.

No arrests have been made.
