A POLICE probe into Angela Rayner is looking at multiple allegations on top of her council house row, insiders claimed last night.
Labour’s deputy leader is currently being investigated by cops over allegations she broke election law over her former home.
But Greater Manchester cops are also probing tax matters on top of the highly publicized question of whether she gave false information for the electoral register.
A source told : “It’s very well-resourced, it’s not a single issue.
“There is a volume of material and a clear public interest to fully investigate.”
Questions have been raised over whether Rayner, 44, gave false information for the electoral register during the 2010s.

Rayner was registered at her house in Stockport, Greater Manchester, but neighbours say she lived elsewhere with her then-husband.
She has promised to resign if she is found to have committed a crime but has said that she took expert legal and tax advice and was confident she had done nothing wrong.
