Heartbroken family of boy, 8, killed by car pay tribute to ‘happy go lucky child’ as man, 30, quizzed by cops

THE family of an eight-year-old boy who died after being hit by a car have described him as a "happy-go-lucky" child in an emotional tribute.
Cops are questioning a man in his 30s after Lennix Sutcliffe was killed in the horror smash in Dilton Marsh, Wiltshire, on Saturday afternoon.
Lennix's family have now released a statement in his memory, describing him as "loved by everyone" and "the light of our little village".
His parents Jackie and Chris said: "Our Lennix was always playing, a happy go lucky child who was loved by everyone and who loved everyone.
"He simply loved life and was the light of our small village. He loved Pokémon and his favourite character was Charizard.
"He was playing today, just playing, taking every ounce of enjoyment that life offered.
"We as a family are now coming together to support one another.
"We ask our community to provide us both time and space in the days, weeks and months ahead of us."
A family friend told The Sun: "The community is in total shock.
"He was such a popular boy.
