A TWISTED fast food worker has been arrested after allegedly wiping her period blood on the burger of a disgruntled customer.
Troubled burger-flipper Sky Juliette Samuel was working at Jack's Family Restaurant in Columbus, Mississippi when the disgusting incident reportedly took place.
The 18-year-old allegedly committed the revolting act after a drive-thru customer 'gave her attitude' during her late-night shift.
One of her colleagues claims she witnessed the teen smearing menstrual blood on the bread of the customer’s burger.
The brave young girl, who also alleges that Samuel licked the cheese inside the sandwich, told her mother about the shocking incident when she returned home.
But to her mum’s fury, the fast food company initially refused to take action because there was no video evidence.
The livid parent, Tabatha Hollins, then vented her anger on Facebok in a post which quickly went viral.
The post read: “We called the store to try and talk to the general manager and they wouldn't give her the numbers to get a hold of a manager.
“We then called corporate who again did nothing.”
Her message was shared over 4000 times and prompted Samuel to make her own social media message.
Samuel posted: "The b***h shouldn't have gotten smart n said all s**t she said over intercom mfs act like they ain't never did no stupid s**t idgaf about this s**t tbf."
The customer whose burger was tampered sparked a police investigation about the nauseating claims after she contacted authorities when she read the social media posts.
Samuel was arrested after reportedly handing herself into cops.
She was released after posting $5,000 bail.
Jack's Family Restaurant has released a statement and confirmed it has hired a third party to investigate the depraved allegations.
The statement read: "While these allegations are an isolated incident and appear to be the actions of a single person, we take them very seriously."
