Fury as ‘unpatriotic’ Labour MPs ‘who are ashamed of Britain’ called for Union Jack to be REMOVED from campaign leaflets

It comes after it emerged MPs called for it to be axed from campaign leaflets in some areas.
Cabinet ministers accused Sir Keir Starmer’s party of being “ashamed of Britain”.

Labour MPs have reportedly raised concerns about leaflets being “plastered with Union Jacks” ahead of the election.
One unnamed MP said the banner was “definitely detrimental” in diverse areas and activists refuse to hand out leaflets, the Guardian reported.
