Man has his ear BITTEN OFF by attacker after their argument about Donald Trump turns violent

The altercation over politics involved a person known to police but cops in Pittsburgh would not reveal his name

AN argument between two men over President Donald Trump turned nasty when one of them BIT off his opponent's ear.

The brawl occurred in Pittsburgh, US, when Marco Ortiz, 30, was attacked while in his apartment on Monday morning.

Cops revealed it was a verbal argument which turned physical, and the man ran to a petrol station to get help.

The pair were arguing about Trump's immigration policies prior to part of his ear being bitten off and his finger broken, the reported.

Mr Ortiz told : "Anytime he’s drinking, he’s going crazy. All he would say is: ‘If Donald Trump gonna take me out I gotta kill so many people, then somebody kill me and I am happy'."

Police spokesperson Emily Schaffer said she wasn’t able to say whether the victim supported Trump or was opposed to him.

She said in a statement: "Officers located a 30-year-old male victim who had been assaulted at his apartment in the 300 block of Amber Street by a known male actor.

"According to the investigation, the victim and actor were arguing about President Donald Trump.

"The argument turned physical and the actor bit the victim's right ear off. The victim ran to a nearby gas station to seek help."

The part of his ear which was bitten off was found in his apartment later by cops.

The victim who arrived at the petrol station at 6.45am asking for help, was taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital and was in stable condition.

Cops said they were searching for the "known actor" who bit off the ear, and refused to give his name.

The two men wouldn't be the first to disagree with the divisive new president's policies. Over a million people marched in Women's Marches across the globe in protest of his appointment on Saturday.
