Two women being hunted in connection with suspected acid attack on a roofer causing him facial injuries
Cops have made no arrests but said they have had 'information the suspects were two women'
TWO women are being hunted in connected with a suspected acid attack on a roofer.
John Chapman, 36, was working when ambushed by masked assailants.
They threatened him with knives, then threw a corrosive substance — causing facial injuries.
As he tried to wash his face in a sink, they threw more over his back.
John said of Monday’s attack in Aldenham, Herts: “I could only see their eyes and hear their voices, but I know who did it.
"It was clearly a targeted attack.”

He was taken to a specialist burns unit but has been warned he’ll “never look the same again”.
John added: “I’m unrecognisable.
"What if I scare my 11-month-old baby?”
Cops have made no arrests but said they have had “information the suspects were two women”.
