LEE Rigby’s mother was threatened with arrest after she refused to go to the court hearing of an internet stalker.
Lyn Rigby was told she would be prosecuted unless she attended the appeal of Christopher Spivey, 54, who says her son’s death is a hoax.
Lyn, 49, eventually appeared by video link — and she was forced to re-live details of Lee’s 2013 murder by Islamist fanatics and listen to fake claims her son was a rapist.
She was even shown a giant photo of one of his killers, Michael Adebolajo, clutching a meat cleaver and covered in Lee’s blood during the hearing at Chelmsford crown court.

Spivey, of Rochford, Essex, was convicted of harassing Lyn and Lee’s sister Sara, 27, in 2015.
Lyn, of Middleton, Gtr Manchester, said: “This has been one of the worst weeks since Lee died. It was if he was murdered all over again. To threaten us with prosecution was deeply upsetting.”
Defendants who appeal at a crown court can re-present their case and examine all evidence.
Spivey, who lost his appeal against a suspended six-month jail term, said: “I’m the real victim.
“I’ve been convicted on unsafe evidence.”
