Paedo teacher Kandice Barber is FREED from jail halfway through a six-year sentence after sex with pupil, 15, in field
A PAEDO teacher who had sex with a 15-year-old pupil has been freed from jail after serving just three years.
Kandice Barber, 37, bedded the schoolboy after kissing him on the neck and whispering: "What do you want to do now?"
The married mum-of-three, who worked at a school in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, also sent him X-rated photos on Snapchat.
Barber was jailed for six years and two months in 2021 after being found guilty of engaging a child in sexual activity.
She has now been automatically released halfway through her sentence, the Ministry of Justice confirmed.
A spokesperson told The Sun Online: "Sex offenders face some of the strictest licence conditions and can be put back behind bars if they break the rules at any point in their sentence.”

Barber's release comes despite her having secret hook-ups with her convicted fraudster lover while on work release.
The Sun revealed how she had posed for selfies in the street with Jay Delaney and was "planning a life" with the crook.
The pair, who were both on temporary release at the time, were seen cuddling and holding hands during their walks to and from work before sneaking off for secret romps.
It is understood Barber and Delaney planned to move in together once they left prison.
The teacher's crimes began in 2018 when she began messaging the pupil after taking his phone number at a school sports day prize-giving event.
Their texts soon turned "sexual" and Barber later picked him up in her 4x4 car before driving to a field.
Barber then had sex with the boy in the secluded area.
The teacher continued to send the boy sordid texts - even while teaching him in class.
One message read: "You cannot make me blush when I am teaching now, poker face."
She also "threatened" to bring the lad down if he reported her and falsely accused him of rape.
What rules must freed sex offender Barber follow?
KANDICE Barber has been released from jail but will still have to follow a strict set of guidelines.
The teacher was slapped with a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order for her vile crimes.
This means she will be sent back to jail if she breaks any of the rules on her licence conditions.
According to the MOJ, this means:
- Sex offenders released from prison are managed on strict licences which can include conditions to protect the victims’ families from unwanted contact such as exclusion zones, to residing at Approved Premises and to abiding by a curfew and GPS tagging.
- If offenders are judged to pose an unmanageable risk in the community because they have breached their licence conditions, the Probation Service does not hesitate to recall them to prison to protect the public.
- Registered sex offenders must provide their local police station with a record of (amongst other things) their: name, address, date of birth and national insurance number. This is done annually and whenever their details change.
- Those convicted of serious sexual offences are managed by MAPPA (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements) which ensures they are managed robustly by the Probation Service, the Police and a range of other agencies. MAPPA monitoring allows for greater information sharing between agencies and more robust monitoring of offenders.
The mum-of-three was branded "beyond despicable" by the judge who sent her down.
Her husband Daniel Barber, who had stood by her during the trial, has since moved on and is expecting a baby with another woman.
Barber, who was slapped with a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order, was struck off the teaching register indefinitely in January.
The Teaching Regulation Agency heard how the sex-mad form tutor still denies any wrongdoing.

In a badly-spelled note, Barber wrote: "Despite the convictions I have always proclaimed my innocentse. [sic]".
