Police share CCTV in search for woman after baby needed urgent medical treatment in Aldi car park

COPS are searching for a woman after a baby became ill in an Aldi car park.

The 20-something lady also appears to be wearing a grey sweater or turtle neck underneath the coat.

Cops now want to speak to the woman following the incident.

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “We’ve issued CCTV of a woman we need to speak to following an incident involving a baby in the Aldi car park on Kathryn Avenue in Huntington, York.

“It happened on 30 January 2024 at around 5pm and we believe this woman may be able to assist our enquiries.

"We think she may have been nearby when the baby became ill in the car park and required immediate medical attention.

“If this is you or you know the woman’s name or where we can contact her, please email [email protected] or call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for Gemma Illidge.

"Please quote reference number 12240019557 when passing on information.”

North Yorkshire Police have been approached for comment.
