Pervy divorce attorney caught hypnotising women for his own sick sexual pleasure in cop spycam footage
Michael Fine asks the woman "When is the last time you made love?"
A LAWYER who hypnotised his clients for his own sexual pleasure was exposed in this disturbing spycam footage taken by cops.
Michael Fine, 59, of Ohio in the US, used his expertise to put women in a trance and take advantage of them while they were helpless.
In November the divorce attorney was jailed for 12 years after pleading guilty to a number of charges over the sexual abuse.
The video, obtained by Fox 8, shows Fine using relaxation techniques with the woman, who had placed a hidden camera in the office, before she was put in a hypnotic trance.
He then says: "Let's take a deep breath... one more time. OK, I gotta calm down, let's do this together.
"Each time I say the word sleep, you're gonna go deeper and deeper, ten times deeper. One, two, three, sleep ... one, two, three sleep."
The pervy lawyer and his victim are then seen on the sofa, where he holds her hand and puts his own on her shoulder.
He is then heard to say: "Every time I say the word pleasure, you cannot constrain or hold yourself back, your entire body is a vessel of pleasure.
"When is the last time you made love?
"Every time I touch you, it's gonna be an incredible sensation."
He then brings her back to consciousness and begins discussing her case - but then police officers barge in.
Fine was arrested and charged with hypnotising six women.
During his sentencing hearing last year, a victim told the court: "He used my trust and his position as my attorney to gain information about my vulnerabilities.
"He then used that information not only to protect and defend me, but also to manipulate, hurt and take advantage of me."
One of the six victims said she remembered being "wet in her vaginal area" and described how "her bra was dishevelled" after she had met or spoken to him.
Another victim said in a statement: "He gets a 12-year sentence. I get a life sentence.
"Is 12 years long enough? Is this enough time for the pain, hurt and suffering that I now have to live with?
"This will be a part of who I am to become. This is now part of my being – not by choice, but by circumstance. Twelve years compared to a lifetime – just doesn't seem fair, does it?"
He pleaded guilty to five counts of kidnapping and one of attempted kidnapping and is now classified as a registered sex offender.
