SNCTM sex party founder Damon Lawner makes huge career change after lifelong ban for naming ‘scumbag’ guest Hunter Biden
SNCTM sex party founder Damon Lawner - who was recently banned from his own club for life for outing Hunter Biden as a "scumbag" guest - has started up a new club, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
Lawner began hosting the VIP Hollywood orgies, which attracted the rich and famous, in 2013 before selling the club for a huge undisclosed sum six years later.
He would still attend parties while focusing on new erotic projects but was recently banned by the club after alleging he kicked out the president's son.
Now, he is focusing on a new private members' association, , and hosting sex parties in a multi-million-dollar home in the Hollywood Hills.
Lawner says he had no desire to create another club after selling SNCTM and was instead focused on selling libido-enhancing cannabis and opening the erotic restaurant Puzzle in West Hollywood.
He stated in an email newsletter that "emptiness" led him to Costa Rica for ayahuasca ceremonies and other psychedelic therapies before he returned to Los Angeles.
Lawner met a potential business partner, Lena, who was interested in starting an elite sex club and wanted to fund the project and bring him on as a partner.
"I explained all that would be required. First, we'd need an estate that could be transformed into Elysian House. I talked about how much commitment it would take to build a truly elite sex club," Lawner said.
"She said money was not an issue and whatever I needed, she would provide."
They hosted an open house at the secret estate in December and later began hosting what they called Moon Gatherings while the ladies' guest list for events quickly filled up.

CREATING ART AND OPULENCE
Lawner explained in the email they offer no bottle service or VIP areas as they are "a family," but have a high-level team of hostesses and servers.
"Unlike other sex clubs, we ask all our guests to get STD tested 48 hours prior to Gatherings to make sure they are clean," he added.
"When tested, they receive a 'tested clean' wristband to wear. This is optional and a personal choice, but certainly a wondering thing that we celebrate and encourage."
The email adds that the club doesn't allow people to start hooking up before midnight when the outside lighting turns red, while nobody is allowed in past 11 pm.
Elysian House is offering membership from $50,000 a year to $225,000 with different levels and benefits available.
The U.S. Sun reached out to Lawner for further comment.
"I don’t consider the sex club I started in 2013 a rival, more that Elysian House is the evolved and perfected version of what a sex club can be," he said.
"I learned so much since then about what really matters.
"Love and connection, art, opulence, service, true curation of the community and family.
"There were so many important improvements that no one in the industry that I created was making.
"They are all (including Kinky Rabbit Club and so many other copycat “elite” sex clubs) following a formula I created over 10 years ago.
"Times have changed a lot, what’s important to people has changed and EH is a reflection of what’s important now.
"People want to really connect deeply not just have sex. Sex without depth is average sex, sex guided with intention and love is where it’s at now"
CLUB BAN FOR OUTING BIDEN
Back in June last year, he claimed in a now-deleted Instagram post, "Hunter was a member at Snctm and I canceled his membership after 1 party because he’s a scumbag."
He later told the New York Post that Hunter was banned for "grabbing women's asses" and had accompanied a female guest who had purchased membership for thousands of dollars.
Lawner alleged, "When I told Hunter he had to leave, that people were complaining about his behavior, he was belligerent and acted like a spoiled child. But he did leave."
Hunter's rep did not respond to a request for comment from the Post, or The U.S. Sun when contacted on Friday.
A SNCTM spokeswoman later told the Los Angeles Times in an email that Lawner was no longer allowed at events.
"Snctm, as a private members club, prioritizes the safety and privacy of our esteemed members above all," they said.
"Consequently, we neither confirm nor deny the identities of our attendees.
"Furthermore, we uphold a strict code of conduct, and any infringement leads to a lifetime ban.
"Please note that Mr. Lawner's membership has been revoked, effective immediately."
Lawner, in an email to the Times, later stated, "Posting what I did on my Instagram about Hunter was me letting people know that the type of behavior that he exhibited was something that upsets me.
"I knew that the consequences could be me not being part of Snctm anymore, but I was willing to take that risk."
EYES WIDE SHUT
Lawner's initial inspiration was Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut starring Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.
He was mesmerized by the secret sex parties their characters attended held in a mysterious mansion.
The father-of-two was struggling with monogamy at the time and wanted to explore his own sexuality, saying although he loved his wife, he wondered if there was more out there.
His new venture will come as a surprise as he'd previously sworn off running a club, claiming the hedonistic lifestyle .

But after creating Elysian, he stated in his email letter, "More than anything else, my heart is being fed here in a way that has me happier than I've ever been in my life.
"Our entire family up here feels the same. We never want this to end and we want to share this love with you."
