Horror for vegan university students as two posh boys parade body of headless deer through campus
VEGAN students were horrified as two posh boys paraded the body of a headless young deer through a university campus.
Officials are now investigating after having to offer urgent support to those who were upset by the incident.
The pair bought the Bambi-like animal as venison from a game dealer.
They carried it through the University of Exeter campus and into halls of residence where mostly first-years stay.
Pictures obtained by The Sun show the headless deer’s torso slung over the back of one of the students, both in expensive waxed jackets.
Another student uploaded a photo to an online university forum, writing: “Didn’t think beheaded animals count as a late night snack.”

A source said: “There’s a lot of students really upset about what happened and they worry they’ll get away with it. These were posh boys who thought they were clever.
“The university is investigating it. Everyone thinks they’ll get away with it because they’re posh.
“They were clearly proud of themselves. They paraded it around on their shoulders. It was really sickening.”
A University of Exeter spokesman said: “We have been informed that two students purchased a dead deer as venison from a game dealer and brought it on to campus to their residence.
