Swanky Ibiza mansion in private cove with its own GOLF COURSE and infinity pool can be yours to rent for £86,000-a-week…and there’s no neighbours to disturb
Estate agent describes villa with scorching 100,000-Euro per week price tag as the best property they have ever listed
AN IBIZA pad with its own private cove, Olympic-sized swimming pool and golf course has gone on the rental market — for a scorching £86,000 per WEEK.
The four bedroom mega-villa, with secluded access to the balmy Med, has been described as being "one of the most unique seaside properties" in the region.
Four en-suites, an infinity pool overlooking the sea, and separate 50m pool are all on-site.
And rather than guest suites, there are separate guest HOUSES with four full-time staff included.
A concierge, chef, butler and hostess all come with the eye-popping price tag.
The estate has two small lakes with waterfalls, an exotic tropical garden, a pond with koi fish and more than 1,000 palm trees.
It has been put on the rental market for 100,000 Euros (£86,000) per week with Aylesford International, a London-based estate agency run by Andrew Langton.
He said: "In 50 years of business, this is undoubtedly one of the best international rentals we have ever listed."
The villa is adjacent to the bay of Cala Mastella and near to the picturesque village of San Carlos
The swimming deck offers private access to the bay which is a rare feature on Ibiza, according to Aylesford International.
Wealthy tenants or holidaymakers walk down a rope secured coastal path, with solid stone stairs and arrive at the private sunbathing and swimming dock.
The cove also gives access to a Mastercraft CX220 Speedboat, handheld diving jets, waterskiing, wakeboarding, snorkeling, canoeing and spearfishing.
Numa Heathcote, Aylesford's Ibiza expert, added: "With unique access to a private cove, extensive tropical gardens, an Olympic sized swimming pool and a par 3 golf hole, this house offers an unrivalled holiday experience."
