Driver banned for being caught over drink-drive limit after gorging on cherry liqueur CHOCOLATES
Tigerlilly Webster, 30, was arrested after police officers on patrol saw a badly parked vehicle in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire
A LEARNER has been banned from the roads for drink driving - after gorging on too many cherry liqueur chocolates.
Tigerlilly Webster, 30, was arrested after police officers on patrol saw a badly parked vehicle on December 18.
Enquiries made at the scene in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, led them to the learner who was cautioned and asked to do a roadside breath test.
She was then taken to a police station where she gave a sample of 47mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - with the legal limit being 35mg.
Webster, of Whitebrook in Monmouthshire, Wales, pleaded guilty to drink driving when she appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court earlier this week.
JPs banned her from driving for 12 months as well as fining her £110 and ordering her to pay £135 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
