Girl ‘raped, murdered and dismembered by mother’s boyfriend’ on 10th birthday had STD at time of her death
Innocent Victoria Martens' mum then reportedly had sex with the alleged killer just 20 minutes later
A GIRL believed to have been 'raped, murdered and dismembered' by her mother’s boyfriend on her 10th birthday had an STD at the time of her death, an autopsy has revealed.
Innocent Victoria Martens was brutally attacked and killed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in the US, just a day after her 10th birthday.
Michelle Martens has reportedly admitted she offered her daughter online to paedophiles who wanted to rape her.
Martens told police she had watched Gonzales and Kelley rape her daughter at least three other times before she was killed.
The autopsy found that Victoria did not have methamphetamine in her system, contradicting earlier reports from Martens that she was given the drug to relax her.
Police found Victoria’s body chopped up and wrapped in a burning blanket.
The autopsy said the dismemberment occurred after her death.
“The sharp force injuries described … showed no vital response – a finding in keeping with being inflicted post-mortem,” the report said.
Martens faces charges of kidnapping and child abuse resulting in death; Gonzales faces those same charges as well as child rape.
Kelley has been charged with kidnapping, child abuse resulting in death and child rape.
