Texan law enforcer Andrew Sustaita Jr was allegedly caught out after claims there was footage of him committing bestiality
A SHERIFF'S deputy has been accused of filming himself 'performing a sex act' on a small dog and then posting it online.
Andrew Sustaita Jr had been working in law enforcement for six years and was with the crime control division when he was arrested on Monday night.
Investigators from the Harris County Sheriff's Office in Texas, US, were tipped off about footage, which allegedly showed him involved in an act of bestiality.
They then began an investigation into the obscene footage which had been posted online.
Abc7 reported the high tech crime unit discovered an account in Sustaita's area was running the clip which is said to have shown him involved in a sex act with a small dog.
He was immediately relieved of his duties after his arrest."

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said: "The possession of obscene and illicit material is made even more troubling when a sheriff's office employee is found to be involved.
"Every resource of this office will be dedicated to protecting the public and holding our employees accountable for wrongdoing."
The deputy has a history of law enforcement in his family, his father is said to be devastated by the allegations which have been made.

Sustaita was charged with obscenity, which means he could face jail.
His LinkedIn profile says before going into the Sheriff's office, he worked as a U.S. Army specialist, and was stationed in the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
