Adorable moment penguin delights unsuspecting wedding guests by waddling in with the rings
A PENGUIN delighted unsuspecting wedding guests by waddling in with the rings.
Pringle the Humboldt was lured into joining the ceremony with a bucket of fish.
He appeared with the rings dangling around his neck after the original bearers pretended they had forgotten them and hurriedly left.
Newlyweds Jen, 27, and Tom Loveland, 28, planned the £1,000 stunt.
Pringle was joined by pal Widget as they posed for snaps in Bridgnorth, Shrops.
Jen said: “We kept it a secret from all the guests – only me, Tom and the ring-bearers knew.

“It was really funny when they ran out and pretended they had forgotten the rings.
“The guests were muttering uncomfortably and it was so awkward until I heard someone go, ‘Oh my God, there’s a penguin’.”
The couple booked them from Heythrop Zoological Garden, Oxfordshire, after being told a goose would be too unpredictable.
And Jen said their flightless guests never flapped.
She added: “They suggested penguins because it is basically like having a dog there.
“They’re inquisitive and friendly and used to being around people. Everyone loved them.”
