McDonald’s releases a Super Mario toy which makes the Nintendo star look like he’s on the toilet
The famous plumber appears to have been caught in a VERY compromising position
MCDONALD'S is about to launch a very special range of Super Mario Happy Meal toys - but it seems the Nintendo star is a little too excited by the prospect.
The fast food chain's promotion features a range of Super Mario themed toys including famous faces like Princess Beach, Bowser and Yoshi.
But it's the Mario figure that's really causing fans to scratch their heads.
According to pictures sent to , the Mario toy features Nintendo's plumber mascot perched upon a throne of classic Super Mario blocks.
However, the arrangement is causing people to think he's actually on the porcelain throne, popping out brown blocks of his own.
After all, his pose is a little strange: one clenched fist, while the other is thrown into the air with elation.
The images are now going on viral on social media, with people questioning why Nintendo decided to capture its star character in such an intimate moment.
"I like the one of Super Mario singing show tunes on the toilet," said .
"He's just fixed it and now he's testing it out," added .
Despite the slightly strange toy, it hasn't stopped fans from getting incredibly excited about the promotion.
It seems it's due to begin on Wednesday, January 11 in the UK, although it's already available in a variety of other territories across the world.
Mario and Yoshi both available in the first week. Week Two will be time for the Red Shell and Peach to shine, while Bowser and a trio of blocks make up week three. Week four though will see Luigi coming out of a Super Mario tunnel, or you able to pick up a Piranha Plant.
