CHARLES Manson is back in prison in California as it emerges he may not survive his current health crisis.
The mass murderer was transferred to Bakersfield hospital a week ago after suffering significant intestinal bleeding.
Manson refused surgery which was recommended by doctors, but late last night he changed his mind.
But medics determined he was too weak to survive the surgery, going back and forth several times and eventually cancelling the surgery, reports.
A source close to the 82-year-old killer's situation told the gossip site: "He's not good. His health is failing."
