Urgent hunt for girl, 17, who vanished with mystery man on train to airport as cops beg ‘if you know him, speak NOW’

COPS are urgently hunting for a teenage girl who was last seen boarding a train to an airport with a man.

Lidia Lupo, 17, vanished at the weekend after she was seen on CCTV at a railway station in Lancashire.

The train was heading towards Manchester Airport.

Cops say Lidia was last seen in person on Saturday, before being spotted at Preston Station around 2.30pm on Sunday.

It was there she was seen with an unknown man, and Lancashire Police are becoming "concerned" about her.

They are now asking anyone who knows the man, or has seen the teen, to come forward.

Lidia is white, of a slim build, with dark eyes, dyed red hair and braces.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white top, black leggings, and white Nike trainers. She speaks with a Romanian accent.

The teen has links to Oldham, police added.

A police spokesperson added: "If you know who this man is, or if this is you, please come forward and contact us as you may have information that can help us find Lidia.

"If you have any information, please contact us on 101 quoting log 0957 of January 27. For immediate sightings please call 999."
