A FISH shop has 11 close family members working in it — and they rarely get chippy with each other.
Shane Lee, 59, is helped by his wife Beverley, their four children and five grandchildren.
Shane, who is known as The Codfather, said: “As soon as you’re old enough you’re in the chippy.”
He started in one aged 14 and in 1988 he opened J-Henry’s Fish & Chips, in Hedge End, Hants.
He named it after son John-Henry, now 41 and set to take over with brother Sonny, 29.
Daughters Ellie, 38, and Charlotte, 25, are also on board as well as his grandchildren, who start at 11 to earn pocket money.

Two other granddaughters, aged six and two, have got their own mini uniform.
Shane said the business is 'proper family orientated' and they all 'get on really well'.
"Now and again we have an argument but it's usually in jest and most of the time it's all good", he said.
"We all have a good working relationship.
