Paedo Gary Glitter sued for hundreds of thousands by victim ahead of parole hearing
POP paedo Gary Glitter is being sued for hundreds of thousands of pounds by one of his victims.
The jailed child abuser, 79, who has a parole hearing on Wednesday, faces fresh legal action in March.
The damages claimant was just 12 when he preyed on her.
Glitter, found guilty in 2015 of historical sex abuse against her and two other girls, was freed last year but sent back to jail after we caught him breaking bail hostel conditions.
He hopes to get parole again but faces the High Court claim.
A source said: “Lawyers are investigating how much money he still has.”

We told last month that the disgraced glam rocker — real name Paul Francis Gadd — had paid off the mortgage on his £2million central London apartment while still behind bars.
He was first jailed in 1999 over child abuse pics and then fled abroad to continue his offending before being nicked here in 2012.
Richard Scorer, a specialist abuse lawyer acting for Glitter’s victims, said: “He has refused to co-operate.
"It demonstrates his total lack of remorse.”
