Why did cops attend the house over a 'missing persons' enquiry?
POLICE are probing the deaths of a dad and his two young daughters, with seven vital questions yet to be answered.
Norfolk Police referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) after admitting officers failed to answer a 999 call from the house shortly before the bodies were discovered.

Cops forced their way into the property shortly after 7am on January 19 where they found the tragic scene.
The man was named locally as 45-year-old Bartlomiej Kuczynski and the two young girls are understood to have been his 12-year-old daughter Jasmin and her seven-year-old sister.
Neighbours described the children as "beautiful" and "lovely sisters" who were "really happy".
However, much of the case remains shrouded in mystery.

How did they die?
A cause of death is yet to be confirmed for any of the four people involved.
Post-mortems will likely be conducted in the near future to determine this.
The verdict will then be released by police or given in evidence during an inquest into the deaths.
Cops did confirm that all four had suffered "injuries" and said that it was an "isolated incident".

However, a knife found in nearby woodland is not believed to be connected to the case.
Why did dad call 999?
Cops confirmed they had received a 999 call from the home not long before the bodies were found.
This phone call was made at 6am but "police resources were not deployed".
Sources confirmed yesterday evening that Mr Kuczynski was the man who made the call.
However, the reasons why he made the emergency call are still unknown.
Why did cops fail to respond to the call?
The force has not explained why it did not send officers in response to Mr Kuczynski's call at 6am.
Instead, a team attended the home after a second emergency call was received, this time from a member of the public, an hour later.
Cops arrived on the scene within 15 minutes and "forced entry" to the home, where they found the bodies.
A press release confirmed that the force referred itself to the IOPC after the missed call came to light.
What is the 'missing person' enquiry?
The missed call actually formed the basis of the second IOPC referral connected to the case, with the first being related to contact between police at the family home on December 14, 2023.
Norfolk Police confirmed that this had been in connection with a "missing person" enquiry.
It has been reported that this related to Mr Kuczynski going missing, with the dad-of-two later found wandering in nearby woodland.
Who is the woman dead?
The woman found alongside the Kuczynski family has not yet been identified.
She is known to have been 36 years old, but neither police nor locals of Costessey, Norfolk, where the bodies were found, have named her.
It is understood that she was a member of the same family and that she was "visiting" the house at the time of her death.
Who is the member of the public who called?
Police have not released the identity of the member of the public who alerted them to the tragedy.
All that has been released is that they called at 7am on the morning of January 19.
They have not spoken in public or identified themselves as of yet, nor have they been named by locals in the area.
Why did cops only respond to the second call?
Police have not explained why the initial 999 call was not responded to.
