There they tragically found Bartlomiej Kuczynski dead, alongside his two young daughters and a woman.

The 45-year-old has been named locally, as well as his 12-year-old daughter Jasmin and her seven-year-old sister.

The woman, 36, is yet to be named.

Cops confirmed the man and two children lived at the home while the woman, although related, didn't stay there and was just visiting.

The force has now said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.

Earlier they said they had received a 999 call from the home not long before the bodies were found.

Sources confirmed this evening that Mr Kuczynski was the man who made the call, which police failed to send officers out on.

Earlier today locals said the young girls would be remembered as "lovely" and "beautiful".

Neighbour Jocelyn Atienza said: "They were nice girls who were a little shy. We used to see them walking around together.

"They would look really happy when they were out with friends.

"The older one would catch the bus to school, and her little sister would walk to the primary school by herself.

"Their mother was friendly and we always used to say hi hello to each other in the street."

Norfolk Police said earlier today it has referred itself to the Independent Office of Police Conduct.

The force confirmed they had received a call from a man at the address at 6am.

However, officers were not deployed until a second call from a member of the public shortly before 7am.

Cops also referred itself to the watchdog for attending the home on December 14 in connection with a missing person enquiry.

The force said: "Officers had been called to the address shortly before 7am after a member of the public called police to raise concerns for the welfare of people inside.

"Police arrived on scene at around 7.15am and forced entry to the address, finding the bodies of two young girls, a 45-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman.

"A police cordon remains in place and forensic investigations will continue today inside the property.

"Detectives have been carrying out house-to-house enquiries, speaking with witnesses and are continuing to exam local CCTV footage."

Roads by Allan Bedford Crescent were still closed today and officers said they would remain in the area for a "considerable time";.

Detective Chief Inspector Chris Burgess, who is leading the investigation, said: “We’ve spoken to witnesses and neighbours, carried out house-to-house enquiries, examined local CCTV and completed initial scene investigations.

"As a result of this, we’re not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

“Post-mortem examinations will be carried out tomorrow for the man and woman and on Wednesday for the two girls.

"While I can confirm all four people were found with injuries, we will not be disclosing any further information until these examinations have taken place and the cause of death has been established.

“This is a tragic incident, distressing for all involved and it is clear from the reaction it’s caused a lot of shock and upset in the local community.

"We’ve had uniformed officers patrolling the area today and these will continue tomorrow.”
