Four human heads stuffed in cool box signed by Sinaloa cartel in chilling turf war threat warning ‘it’ll happen to you’

It's not the first time human heads have been used to send threatening messages between warring cartels in Mexico

MEXICAN cartel brutes left four human heads in a cool box at a gas station with a chilling warning attached for their rival gang.

Killers from the notorious Sinaloa Cartel left the ice box labelled as animal vaccines at a petrol station for employees to find.

After opening it, staff saw the grisly human remains covered in ice next to the threatening message.

Apparently addressed to rivals the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) - it warned that those working for them would meet the same horrific end.

The message read: "There's your s*** you bunch of pigs.

"The same thing is going to happen to all the coyotes who generate money for the scourges of the CJNG and the f****** of the Chiapas Cartel.

"Go out and fight you bunch of pigs, stop hiding under government skirt. Pure CDS."

The Sinaloa Cartel is a fearsome force operating in Culiacan, in the western Mexican province Sinaloa.

They are known for illegal drug trafficking and money laundering.

Just over a year ago the Mexican government was forced to send out the military to tackle rampaging drug cartels on the streets.

The army came face to face with Sinaloa after the capture of infamous gang kingpin El Chapo's son Ovidio.

Drug cartel gunmen then invaded Culiacan International Airport  and opened fire at army planes in revenge for the arrest.

And it's not the first time human heads have been used to send a message between Mexican gangs.

In May 2021, a severed head was left hanging from a bridge in Tijuana reportedly as a signal from one cartel to another.

The head was placed inside a plastic bag that was tied to a rope.

Inside the bag was a message that warned: "This is going to happen to all the people who hang out with the new f****** filthy people."

It was signed off by the Arellano-Félix Cartel, also known as the Tijuana Cartel.

The threat was addressed to the Tijuana New Generation Cartel warning them to severe any ties to the CJNG.

Founded in 2009, the CJNG is now considered the most dangerous and powerful cartel in Mexico.

Since El Chapo was extradited and jailed in 2019 , the CJNG has become a  £13 billion drug empire under new leadership, and consolidated power across almost the whole of Mexico.

The cartel's ruthless rise to global dominance has left an appalling history of bodies and screams in its wake —  ripping out victims' hearts, dissolving their bodies in barrels of acid, and even targeting pregnant women.

Its drug trafficking empire now reaches all corners of the globe, despite the ferocious competition from other cartels in Mexico.

The most recent gas station horror is being investigated as homicide by Mexican cops.

Local authorities have identified three of the four decapitated people found inside the cooler.
