IVANKA Trump is set to move her family into a £4.5million mansion - just yards down the road from where Barack Obama will live.
President-elect Donald Trump' daughter is preparing to up sticks and follow her dad to Washington DC with her property mogul husband and their three kids.
And in a twist of fate, the Trumps will live just a few blocks away from outgoing US President Obama.
The 55-year-old leaves the White House on 20 January to make way for tycoon Trump.
He has made clear his intention to include 35-year-old Ivanka in his team, including her in several key meetings with figures such as Japanese PM Shinzo Abe in recent weeks.

That intention now seems likely to finally prise the former model away from her Manhattan home and down to the capital.
She will sacrifice no luxury in making the move.
The Washingtonian reports the 1923-built property includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Its 6,870 square feet of space includes space for a gourmet chef's kitchen, sun-room and library.
Local estate agents confirmed the area is one of the most glitzy in DC.
Broker William F.X. Moody, who oversaw the move, told News4: "It's so close to downtown, and it's about as tony as a neighbourhood gets."
Obama will rent out the multi-million pound home of a former White House press secretary after he steps down.
The eight-bedroom house is located just a few hundred metres from Ivanka's new home in the city's embassy district.
The Democrat plans to stay there with his wife Michelle and daughters Malia, 18, and Sacha, 15, until his youngest has finished high school.
Obama had previously come out strongly against Trump's presidential tussle with Democrat Hillary Clinton.
The two men traded numerous barbs in the run up to November's election, which saw Trump claim a shock win.
