PRINCE Andrew's accuser was sat in his lap "like Santa" as he groped her at his paedo pal Jeffrey Epstein's mansion, court files claim.
In bombshell unsealed documents Johanna Sjoberg's witness testimony describes the shamed Duke of York using a puppet to touch her breast.
Johanna Sjoberg, now 42, claims that when she was 21, Andrew pawed at her and Giuffre's breasts and while they were at Epstein’s New York mansion.
He allegedly did this while playing with a Spitting Image puppet of himself.
In court documents included in a 2015 lawsuit filed by Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell, Sjoberg's May 2016 court deposition discusses the 2001 trip to New York.
The witness testimony alleges that she spent two nights at his "townhouse on 71st street" in the city with Epstein, Andrew, Giuffre and Maxwell.

Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
Sjoberg claimed that Epstein, who knew she had never been to the city before, asked his driver to take her out to see the Empire State Building on the first night.
She said "It was late. It was dark. It wasn't long, maybe 30 minutes."
When Sjoberg returned to the house, she apparently walked in to find Maxwell peering over the "grand staircase" asking her to join them upstairs in the living room.

Epstein, Prince Andrew and Virginia Roberts Giuffre were allegedly already there.
Maxwell then asked Sjoberg to follow her to a closet, where she "grabbed the puppet, the puppet of Prince Andrew".
Sjoberg's testimony, from page 21 of her court deposition and page 248 of the total file, goes on: "And we went down -- back down to the
living room, and she brought it in.
"It was just funny because -- he thought it was funny because it was him.
"I just remember someone suggesting a photo, and they told us to go get on the couch.
"And so Andrew and Virginia sat on the couch, and they put the puppet, the puppet on her lap.
"And so then I sat on Andrew's lap, and I believe on my own volition, and they took the puppet's hands and put it on Virginia's breast, and so Andrew put his on mine."
Sjoberg said she has never seen the photo taken of that moment, but that she remembered sitting on Andrew's lap.
She added that Giuffre "might have been on his other knee, like Santa".
It comes as...
- Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Stephen Hawking and Michael Jackson were among those named in unsealed Jeffrey Epstein court documents
- More than 150 other with more documents are due to come out in days
- David Copperfield, Kevin Spacey and Leonardo DiCaprio are also included
- Ghislaine Maxwell said Andrew DID visit Epstein's "paedo island"
- She whinged questions about Prince Andrew go "on and on" in an email
- Maxwell said under oath that she "did not recall" being in London with Virginia Giuffre and Andrew
- And Andrew's grope accuser Johanna Sjoberg testified that Epstein told her Clinton "likes them young" when talking about girls
The following day Sjoberg apparently went sightseeing alone before Giuffre went with her to Phantom of the Opera.
It is not the only time in Sjoberg's testimony where she recalls being alone with Giuffre on one of these trips.
She goes on to detail more incidents from the New York visit, including further allegations.
It comes as more than 900 pages of documents including emails, depositions and legal papers spanning the 2010s were unsealed by a US judge.
The documents were part of a 2015 lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts Giuffre against Epstein's madame Ghislaine Maxwell.
The Sun has seen the first set of with more expected to be released in the coming days.
Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Stephen Hawking and Donald Trump are among the high-profile figures named in the documents, which also includes previous testimony by Maxwell.
Meanwhile, Giuffre claimed in her 2021 suit against Andrew that he had raped her at Epstein's New York mansion when she was just 17.
In Sjoberg's testimony, she explains that she knew Giuffre was only 17 because she could not get into a casino, which Giuffre later confirmed.
The group had reportedly been redirected to Atlantic City before landing in New York, when Epstein, according to Sjobert's testimony, had said he'd get in touch with Donald Trump.
Sjoberg is quoted as saying: "Jeffrey said, Great, we'll call up Trump and we'll go to -- I don't recall the name of the casino, but -- we'll go to the casino.
She went on: "All I knew is that she was not going to be allowed to gamble, and so I spent time with her.
"Because either she didn't have an ID or she was too young."
Describing Giuffre, Sjoberg apparently dubbed her as "orphan-like".
"At the time I had the impression that she did
not have a family or she had walked away from her family.
"And it seemed to me, you know, they had just sort of adopted her, not as a child, but they would take care of her," Sjoberg said during testimony.
And she later confirmed Giuffre had told her she was just 17.
Giuffre - understood to be Jane Doe 3 in the documents - was allegedly "forced" by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to "have sexual relations" with the Duke of York.
She was allegedly told to "give the Prince whatever he demanded".
Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing and told the BBC in 2019 that he had never met Virginia Giuffre.
