Bra tycoon Michelle Mone interviewed under caution in probe over £200m PPE scandal
BRA tycoon Michelle Mone and her husband have been interviewed under caution for fraud, The Sun understands.
The National Crime Agency has been investigating Baroness Mone and Doug Barrowman's role in the PPE Medpro scandal since May 2021.
Mone, who sits in the House of Lords, referred the company to Government contacts before it won £200m in Covid contracts.
During a 70-minute film released on Sunday, it was revealed NCA officers had interviewed the couple once, .
The newspaper understands the interview was carried out under caution and the pair were not arrested.
Mone, 52, was questioned about allegations of conspiracy to defraud, fraud by false representation and bribery.

She denies all allegations.
She said in the film: "I was a conduit. I was a liaison person. ."
The film project was funded by PPE Medpro.
In April 2022, detectives from the NCA, aka 'Britain's FBI', raided the couple's homes in London and the Isle of Man.

This week PPE Medpro had its first court hearing in a legal battle against the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC).
The department say 25 million gowns provided by the firm in a £122 million contract were not sterile and they are seeking compensation.
PPE Medpro denies the claims.
Mone has been on leave from the Lords since December 2022 as she works to "clear her name of the allegations that have been unjustly levelled against her”, a spokesperson said.
She is facing a separate investigation into whether she breached conduct rules by failing to register an interest in the firm and lobbying to get it contracts.
She has denied any wrongdoing.
An NCA spokesperson said: "The NCA opened an investigation in May 2021 into suspected criminal offences committed in the procurement of PPE contracts by PPE Medpro.
"The NCA is operationally independent and our investigations are intelligence-led.”
