A DOCTOR who escaped two bans over nude pics of patients is facing disciplinary action again.

But he has since allegedly told a patient: “It’s a perk of the job getting to take pictures of young lads in their underwear.”

He also got on his hands and knees behind another needlessly told to undress, a tribunal heard.

The sex health expert denies those charges but admits others at Dunoon in Argyll and Bute.

He first faced the ­General Medical Council in 2006 for taking nude pictures of patients for “educational purposes”.

Valentine, of Hartlepool, was cleared of serious misconduct that time.

And he dodged an ­outright ban in 2015 for storing naked photos of two patients on an iPad.

The latest tribunal continues in Manchester.
