Victoria Beckham’s fashion label threatened with closure after ‘failing to file accounts for the third year in a row’
Former Spice Girl has been tipped to be awarded an OBE in New Year's Honours
VICTORIA Beckham's fashion label has been threatened with closure after reportedly failing to file accounts on time for the third year in a row.
The former Spice Girl, tipped to receive an OBE in the New Year's honours, has been warned Victoria Beckham Ltd could be closed down.
The label, which turned over more than £34million in 2014, was served with a "notice of compulsory strike off" by Companies House on December 6.
The warning gives the retail business two months to act or it will be struck from the register and dissolved.
If the fashion icon's company is dissolved all assets will become property of the Crown, the letter warned.
