SHOCKING footage shows hungry mice scurrying around the floor of a dirty McDonald’s while snacking on chips.
Filmed in an eaterie in Melbourne, Australia, the video was posted to Facebook by British fast food enthusiast Todd Gilbey.
The disgusting clip shows two mice darting around the floor with one of the rotund rodents grabbing a French frie which has been tossed on the ground.
During the recording a man can be heard saying: “Look at it go. Hilarious. Oh look at it. Hilarious.”
The spoke to a woman, named only as Firoozeh, who was also in the rancid restaurant.
She insists there were “lots” of plump mice scampering around the McDonald’s enjoying its deep-fried food and American-style customer service.
She said: “We watched them for a while; they were coming in and out.”
Speaking with , a spokesperson for McDonald’s said the company is aware of the eaterie’s pest problem.
The spokesperson said: “Issues like this are incredibly rare. The restaurant is taking all necessary steps to address the issue.”
