She is filmed from behind as she walks into the room armed with a broom before whacking it across the bed where her husband lay with another woman in black underwear.
She then chases the crying "side chick" into a corner where she takes off her shoe and begins hitting her over the head while her husband, wearing only his boxers, tries to break it up.
The furious woman repeatedly thrusts her knee into the woman's face while a friend appears to hand her a pair of scissors and she attempts to chop off her hair.
She drags her across the room at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, by her hair while the mistress sobs and begs her to stop.
Her husband steps in again and manages to break it up but instead ends up in the firing line himself as she turns her attentions to him.
A friend who joined the wife - who he did not want to be named - filmed the confrontation and shared it online to "shame the man and his mistress".
He said: "They were doing something wrong and deserve to have their faces seen to be shamed in public.
"The husband was in a hotel with his side chick but then asking forgiveness after with his wife.
"He will have to do a lot of begging."
Footage surfaced earlier this year showing a wife kicking her husband's naked mistress out of a house in Bangkok after she came home early and found them in bed together.
