Man, 20, was ‘forced to eat CAT POO before being beaten to death by attackers’ who posted a sick video of the ordeal on the victim’s Snapchat
Police say two brothers and a woman turned on Delvin Mendoza-Chaparro after a night of smoking weed together
THREE people have been charged with murder after beating a man to death, urinating on him and forcing him to eat cat poo on Snapchat.
Delvin Mendoza-Chaparro, 20, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, died after being struck in the face and then kicked multiple times for a period of 10 to 15 minutes on December 19.
His gruesome death was posted on his own Snapchat account, investigators said.
Devin Katzfey, 20, his brother Branden, 19, and 20-year-old Sarah Zakzesky have been charged with first-degree reckless homicide.
They've also been accused of recording the horrific crime on the victim’s social media account.
The first clip showed the severely injured victim lying on the floor and apparently still alive.
A voice later identified as Devin is heard saying: "You got knocked the f*** out, b****. Don't ever come and steal. You know who this is. This is superman."
In the second video, the victim is shown lying near a doorway covered in blood.
"You hear me, that's what happens when you try to steal," says Devin.
In the final video, the man kicks the already battered victim, knocking him to the ground.
Devin's voice is reportedly heard on the third video.
Investigators identified Devin as one of the attackers after comparing a booking photo of him.
According to police reports, Devin forced Mendoza-Chaparro to eat cat litter and faeces while Branden urinated on the 20-year-old man.
The Katzfey brothers and Zakzesky allegedly took turns beating Mendoza-Chaparro at Zakzesky's apartment near S. 6th and W. Hayes streets.
Mendoza-Chaparro’s body was later discovered behind a garage nearby.
Zakzesky told police the beating started after a night of smoking weed at her apartment.
Katzfey accused Mendoza-Chaparro of attempting to steal a bong, pipe and other items.
An autopsy revealed he died of multiple blunt force injuries to the head.
"It was horrible. They showed me his photo and I couldn't even go to the morgue to identify him," Mendoza-Chaparro's mother, Iris Chaparro, said.
