THIS is the dramatic moment a security car guarding a Ulez camera ran over a driving instructor - leaving her on crutches.
Heather Watts was knocked over by the van in Biggin Hill, south London at around 4.30pm on Sunday afternoon.
She and a group of anti-Ulez activists had been blocking the road in front of the motor, which captures drivers entering London's clean air zone.
As the van moved forward it appeared to bump into Heather, knocking her over.
The driving instructor claimed her legs were left badly bruised by the collision.
Footage shows Heather lying on the tarmac while other protesters tend to her - with the van nowhere to be seen.

Heather told : "They knocked me in my legs which then pushed me onto the bonnet.
"Then I was hobbling to try and get away. I thought I was going to go under the car, to be honest.
"And with that they just went. I've got bruising on my ankle, both shins, my knee and the top of thigh is very sore."
The Met Police said: "Police are investigating the circumstances of an allegation of criminal damage and a road traffic collision in Biggin Hill.
