Cheating wife who dodged jail after waging campaign of terror against her personal trainer was ‘insatiable’ in bed
Fitness instructor stalked by his married ex-lover speaks out about six-month affair with the woman who made his life hell
THE cheating wife who dodged jail for terrorising her personal trainer was “totally insatiable” in bed, he revealed yesterday.
But fitness instructor Sean Smith confessed: “Getting involved with her was the worst decision of my life.”
Mum-of-six Louise Ansell, 36, and her husband waged a hate campaign against Sean after he had a six-month affair with her.
Joiner Neil Ansell, 46, was this week jailed for 7½ years for blowing up a car while Louise got a suspended prison sentence.
In an exclusive interview, Sean, 31, told of his nightmare — and the passionate sex that sparked it.
He said: “Louise was very highly sexed. Totally insatiable. We made love everywhere — at my mum’s house or her friend’s house during the day.
“We even did it in her marital bed when her husband was away. She opened the door in a long coat then let it drop off her shoulders to reveal she was wearing just stockings and suspenders.
“She loved sex — and absolutely loved dressing up for sex. She was very active. We spent a lot of hours in bed.
“When I wasn’t with her she was constantly sending me nude photos. It was irresistible. She never left me alone. She was so intense, always messaging me.”
The fling began after Louise went to Sean’s fitness boot camp to lose weight after having twins.
Their relationship flourished over social media.
Sean said: “She was in my fitness group then began adding me to her social online groups.
“Next she sent me a photo of a scar on her body. But I wasn’t looking at her scar because behind that she had made sure I could see her massive cleavage. It was a signal I didn’t ignore.

“I was single and she made it clear to me her marriage was on its last legs. She got off on being with a younger man. She kept saying she and Neil never had sex as he was always away.”
Neil discovered the affair after seeing text messages.
He forgave his wife but vowed revenge on Sean, who had cooled his fling with Louise after meeting dog groomer Stephanie Hepke, 26.

Sean said: “Louise was a married mother of six. I would have been mad to commit to her. I was trying to cool things as reality hit. I want kids too at some point. Then Steph came along — a stunningly beautiful person with a great job. There was just no competition.”
Sean took up with Stephanie in August 2013 — a month after ending it with Louise.
He confided in his ex about his new relationship — not realising she was using the information to try and ruin their lives.
The word “slag” was daubed on Stephanie’s grooming parlour and she received menacing phone calls.
One warned: “When you leave your shop be careful because you are going to be raped.”
A Mini identical to Stephanie’s — parked by a friend on her parents’ drive near Potters Bar, Herts — blew up after it was set on fire.
Cans of petrol were left at the house and at Sean’s front door in Welwyn Garden City.
He said: “They’d have killed us if they could have got away with it. I can handle myself but was so terrified I couldn’t sleep and kept a crowbar in my van.”
Sean, who served 14 months for GBH in 2011, revealed he suffers nightmares about the attacks.
He said: “I hated Louise so much. I know she was the driving force behind what happened. She targeted Steph because she was so much younger and prettier. She felt utter hatred towards her.
“I’m not proud of my behaviour with a married woman. I know I deserved a slap or a punch or two. But I never expected this.”
Sean, who said he has slept with a total of ten women, added: “I’m no Casanova but I was swept away. She was a good-looking woman who wanted me and I went with it.”
His relationship with Stephanie was wrecked by the stress of the attacks. He said: “She didn’t deserve this. What they did to her was horrific. They nearly destroyed her family.”
The Ansells, of Stevenage, were sentenced on Wednesday at St Albans crown court.
Neil denied plotting arson but was found guilty. Louise denied putting a person in fear of violence by harassment but was also convicted. She was given nine-months’ jail suspended for two years and 150 hours’ unpaid work.
Judge Jonathan Carroll told her: “You knew full well it was going on. You were enjoying it and encouraging it.”
A friend of the couple, James Williams, 39, of St Albans, was jailed for seven years for conspiracy to commit arson.
Sean vowed to learn from the nightmare.
He said: “Women come on to me but I won’t get involved with clients in the future.
“I have a married lady who wants to take things further but I am trying to let her down gently.”
