FORMER PM Boris Johnson reckons Rishi Sunak is drifting to defeat and needs a “massive kick in the pants”.
In a blistering attack, the former PM said his successor has given voters “nothing to rally behind”.
And he accuses Mr Sunak of being a “stooge” of his aide-turned-nemesis Dominic Cummings.
BoJo unleashed to close pal Nadine Dorries, who has published his comments in her new book about the “plot” to oust him.
He said: “You’ve got to have an agenda for change in the country. You know, people will feel hacked off.
“They voted for change in 2019 and they are drifting back to Labour in those Brexit seats because they’re not seeing a changed government.

“Nothing to rally behind, nothing. We are just drifting to defeat.”
The Tories are trailing Labour by about 20 points in the opinion polls, enough to hand the No10 keys to Sir Keir Starmer.
Many bitter Johnson allies blame Mr Sunak for his downfall after his resignation as Chancellor saw his government implode.
Ms Dorries famously likened him to Roman traitor Brutus for stabbing Boris in the back.
