Captain Tom Moore’s daughter loses thousands in profits at company after being told she must demolish spa building
CAPTAIN Tom Moore's daughter has made another big loss at one of her five companies - despite pocketing thousands from her dad's books and government Covid grants.
Hannah Ingram-Moore's company's profits have dropped by over £38,000 at her consultancy firm Whitaker Global Limited with total assets going from £54,591 to £16,460 between 2022 and 2023, according to new accounts she filed.
It comes just days after Hannah and her husband were told they have just three months to tear down the luxury spa at their £1.2million home in Bedfordshire.
Interestingly, Whitaker Global Limited, which provides "management consultancy activities other than financial management", used to be named Ibrutum Ltd, and was set up in January 2015 with lockdown hero Captain Tom as the director.
According to Companies House records, Captain Tom, who raised over £38million for the NHS by walking laps of his Bedfordshire garden in April 2020, was terminated as director in March 2015, and replaced by Hannah as director in February 2016.
The company applied to be dissolved in January 2019, but this was rejected by Companies House, records show.

In 2021 the company officially changed its name to Whitaker Global Limited.
Hannah, 53, and husband Colin, 66, were told on Tuesday that they had lost their appeal to save their "unauthorised" spa building, which they had originally claimed was an office for the Captain Tom Foundation.
Fuming neighbours went to war over the "illegal" and "ugly" £200,000 pool house and the council ordered that it must be knocked down.
And in a double blow, they have been told they must "restore the land" to its former condition before the spa was built.

It is unclear how much this might cost - but it is likely to be an expensive process.
The latest decision could be challenged in the High Court within six weeks, but this would rack up more legal costs.
Last month, The Sun revealed how Hannah's other companies had lost £70,000 in profits despite £800,000 from her dad's book sales being ploughed into them.
In a tearful interview with Piers Morgan on Talk TV, Hannah admitted that she took all the proceeds to the three books her dad wrote before his death, saying it was because he wanted her to.
Despite members of the public assuming the money was going to good causes, she said that the £800,000 went to her firm Club Nook Ltd.
Club Nook raked in £484,790 profit in 2020, as two of Captain Tom's books were published.
Captain Tom published a third book in April 2021, Captain Tom’s Life Lessons, two months after his death at the age of 100.
But accounts obtained by The Sun reveal that the company’s fortunes dipped in 2022 and it lost £47,150 with reserves now standing at £437,640.
The Maytrix Group’s latest accounts from September, show that profit had fallen from £195,855 to £170,233, a drop of £25,622.
