Greggs branded ‘laughing stock’ after they open shop and then close it after just 90 minutes
HALF-baked Greggs bosses have been ribbed for opening a shop for just 90 minutes.
Customers were met by signs telling them the store would only be open for lunch due to staffing issues.
The shop in Caterham, Surrey, opened from 12.30pm to 2pm on Tuesday.
Tile fitter George Catten, 52, moaned: “I normally pop in for breakfast so I was gutted when I read the signage.
“I just laughed. Imagine a Greggs that only opens for 90 minutes!
“They are always putting up signs saying they are not opening or closing early but this takes the biscuit.

Sun Squeeze Team member and consumer champion Martyn James said: “It seems a bit absurd.
