Elsewhere a sturdy, broad oak sits in a field of rapeseed, while the London Eye looms peacefully on the banks of the Thames before the hordes of tourists descend.

An ancient bridge over the River Wensum in Norwich stands testament to bygone craftsmanship, while a nighttime scene captured along Penny Lane in Bath proves a dazzling sight.
