Former partners will be unable to prevent their jilted exes from designing SEX ROBOTS that look exactly like them, expert warns
SEX robots could soon be designed on order and created to perfectly replicate jilted exes’ real-life former partners, it is claimed.
Using customised eye colour, voice and personality traits, the machines could mimic any person whose attributes are given to their maker.
It has sparked fears exes who remain attached to their exes could create robots exactly like their former partners, and nothing could be done to prevent it.
David Levy, the author of Love and Sex with Robots, told technology to create the machines was already on its way.
He said: “Once the technology and the whole system of ordering and manufacturing these products becomes sophisticated you won’t be able to stop your ex-boyfriend if he wants to order a robot that looks like you, same size as you, with the same voice as you.
“There won’t be anything you can do to stop it.”
He claimed manufacturers will use photographs to build an exact copy of the person being recreated, but ordinary people will not have the same image rights as celebrities possess.
In October, it emerged sex robots with terrifyingly realistic genitals were set to hit the market next year for around £12,000 – less than the price of a new Ford Fiesta.
These next generation of sex dolls are due to be “hyper realistic” with never before seen features installed for customers pleasure.
Built in heaters for that body-heat feel and sensors to respond to touch will be installed to give customers looking for robo romps a more human experience.
The life-like love androids are called “RealDolls” and are made by California based Abyss Creations.
Experts have also warned that teenagers could end up losing their virginity by having sex with a robot.
