ANTI-Ulez activists are mobilising across London to block camera vans with signs.
It means TfL cannot identify and fine non-compliant vehicles and vans have no option but to drive off.
Activists have been doing it in areas including Hillingdon, Belvedere, Bexleyheath, Crayford and Sutton.
Jeanette Parker, 54, of Bexleyheath, owns a non-compliant Ford van.
She said: “This is people-power at its absolute best.
"Hundreds could easily get involved.”

Motorists have to pay £12.50 a day when driving in Ulez areas in non-compliant vehicles.
Simon Coleman, 44 — whose van is exempt — backs the protesters’ latest tactic.
He said: “I support this fully.
"This is a hated charge and people will not stand for it.”
