The actress demanded the tests so ex could get more access to their six children as he claimed she made confidential information public
BRAD Pitt has been ordered by Angelina Jolie to take drug and alcohol tests four times a month according to new court documents detailing the couple's ongoing custody battle.
It became public after Pitt, 52, requested all information regarding the case was kept under seal.
In a further bid to stop the document being made public, psychologist Philip M. Stahl provided a witness statement for the actor.
He said he believed the documents should be kept sealed for the sake of their children.
Stahl added research showed children were harmed when exposed to their parent's conflict during divorce proceedings.
Pitt managed to get an emergency hearing in the case but his request was denied by the judge - the pair will next be in court in January.
