Notorious rapist Larry Murphy in shock name change and living under new identity in UK after reign of terror in Ireland
NOTORIOUS rapist Larry Murphy is now living under a new identity in London, we can reveal.
Evil Murphy — who was branded the ‘Beast of Baltinglass’ during his reign of terror here — has changed his name by deed poll to ‘Charley Doyle’.
And the monster is now using the name as he continues to work on construction sites in the heart of London.
Although he has not come to the attention of the UK authorities since his move there in 2012, Murphy is still monitored by officers under Operation Jigsaw.
And British cops concluded Murphy was “desperate” to keep his new identity a secret.
Cops made the revelation in a file on Murphy’s current status in the UK that was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions in Ireland as part of the ongoing probe into the disappearance of missing teenager Deirdre Jacob.
They said: “Murphy has his new identity and doesn’t want anyone knowing about his past.
“He doesn’t seem to care about media attention in Ireland but does not want to be exposed in the UK.
“He has no intention of returning to Ireland and continues to engage with the authorities in the UK.
“He is also living in an area which is ethnically diverse and isn’t normally associated with people from Ireland.

“He deliberately chose his new home because he believes people won’t know him.”
Despite his vile past, Murphy is still in a relationship with a businesswoman.
The psycho changed his name after he was exposed by The Irish Sun drinking in a pub in 2014.
One UK investigator also told us: “Only a small number of people interact with Murphy and he has no friends from Ireland.
“He drinks the odd time with his work colleagues but no one seems to know about his past and he’s still a bit of a loner. If he was exposed in the UK media there’s a danger he might try and move somewhere else.
'IMPULSIVE'
“He was once classed as ‘high risk’ when he moved to the UK but he has continued to engage with the authorities.”
During his time in the UK, cops don’t believe Murphy has engaged in any type of therapy despite previously being classified as “impulsive” by a top psychiatrist from Ireland.
The expert said they believe he “harbours views and attitudes which serve to increase his propensity for sexual offending”.
The psychiatrist added: “These are likely to be longstanding and would most likely be resistant to therapeutic change.
“Larry Murphy is impulsive but alcohol or drugs are not a prerequisite for his behaviour and can be cunning, quick thinking and expected to take precautions to avoid detection and identification.”
'HIGH RISK' OF REOFFENDING
In another observation, the doc told how Murphy “would fulfil criteria for psychopathic personality disorder and psychopathy is the single most powerful predictor of subsequent recidivism”.
Although the psychologist concluded his report by saying that Murphy posed a “high risk of future reoffending”, he continues to lead a normal life in the UK.
Our latest revelation on Murphy comes after Deirdre’s parents made a fresh appeal for information on the 25th anniversary of her disappearance last month.
The DPP ruled last year there wasn’t enough evidence to charge Murphy over the case.
But the sex beast — released from Dublin’s Arbour Hill prison in 2010 — remains a “person of interest”.

Deirdre’s dad Michael said: “It has been 25 years since Deirdre went missing and our whole effort over that period of time has been to find out what happened.
"We just want to know what happened to her and bring her home.”
