Captain Tom Moore’s daughter faces public showdown in planning fight over illegal £200k pool house
CAPTAIN Tom Moore’s daughter faces a public showdown in a planning fight over an illegal £200,000 pool house.
Hannah Ingram-Moore and her husband are challenging an order to tear down the spa.
Their appeal is due to be heard on October 17 and members of the public can watch the drama.
The NHS fundraiser’s family got consent in 2021 for a Captain Tom Foundation Building in their home’s grounds.
But a retrospective application a year ago for a 50ft by 20ft building containing a spa pool was refused.
In appeal documents, Colin Ingram-Moore called the building, on the site of a tennis court in Marston Moretaine, Beds, “no more overbearing” than what was approved.

Council officials said the size and scale of the building has adversely impacted on neighbours.
Locals expected the appeal to be dropped.
One told The Sun: “It’s unbelievable they are still fighting to keep the pool.
“They must be aware of the huge anger across the country at what they have done.
