A NEW York socialite branded "Catwoman" due to her extreme plastic surgery was busted Wednesday for clawing her boyfriend in their posh Manhattan apartment and attacking him with a pair of scissors.

Joceyln Wildenstein, 76, flew into a “violent rage” and scratched the face of designer Lloyd Klein inside her home in Trump World Tower.

Klein, 49, was forced to stuff Wildenstein inside a closet to prevent another rabid attack, sources said.

Police were called to the scene and hauled the feline-featured socialite away on felony assault charges.

Dubbed the 'Bride of Wildenstein' by some due to her extreme looks, she said she dropped $350,000 on a Chanel dress, and spent $3 million on a mansion for her daughter which was on their Kenyan reserve Ol Jogi as a 17th birthday present.

Their divorce proceedings got so bitter that at one point during the separation his father Daniel had his estranged wife banned from the family properties.

Wildenstein had her credit cards cut off and had to scrape by on an allowance of $50,000 a month.

Her lawyers fought the figure in court and ended up with her $100 million a year settlement for 13 years.
