Generous India White missed out gifts to help raise cash to send her friends cancer stricken mum for potentially life saving treatment in Germany
A CARING tot who won hearts across the country has backed The Sun's Smiles At Christmas campaign.
India White hit the headlines last month after she urged her friends to donate money they would have spent on her birthday presents to her friends gravely ill mum.
The inspirational six-year-old managed to raise £180 to help send her pal's cancer stricken parent to Germany for potentially life saving treatment.
Now the generous youngster is urging The Sun's caring readers to follow her example and help someone in need this Christmas.

Kate's daughter Lola is in the same class as India at Ellenbrook Primary School in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
The caring tot's dad, former Manchester City star David White, also donated a series of his old shirts, raising a further £1,600.
Mum Emma, 36, a personal trainer, said: "It all started with an ad on TV about children in Africa and she got upset about it. We said why don’t we do something for her friend at school who’s mother is ill.
"Without going into any details, we told her she was ill and needed to get better. She got presents from her family but she agreed not to have presents from people coming to her party. Instead, people donated cash.
“I thought it was a lovely gesture from a six-year-old.
“I just think when kids have these parties, they don’t play with the presents people get them. It’s a bit of a waste of money. This is a better way of doing it.”
The money raised went to , 38, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 - two weeks after giving birth.
She had a mastectomy, underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy and was eventually given the all clear.
But in 2012 she began suffering back pain and was devastated to learn the cancer had returned - this time in her bones and liver.
She had a second bout of chemo at The Christie Hospital but since learned there was nothing more doctors could do.
