A MODEL pledged to perform a sex act on anyone who voted 'no' in Italy's constitutional referendum.

How did Paola Saulino become famous?

The vote which decided the future of Italy’s constitution resulted in a crushing defeat for Prime Minister Matteo Renzi‘s ‘Yes’ side, throwing the country into turmoil.

Renzi resign from office after staking his political future on success, while the Euro plunged in value to spark fears about one of the Eurozone’s biggest economies.

The fallout also gave anti-establishment Five Star Movement, led by comedian Beppe Grillo, a realistic chance of seizing power.

Amid the chaos, glamorous Italian actress and model Paola Saulino's cheeky pre-referendum pledge catapulted her into the spotlight.

She claimed to have pleasured 700 punters in three months to increase the chance of a 'no' vote.

She also promised her jaw-dropping Pompa tour could be heading to Britain to reward Italians living here.

The 28-year-old, who regularly posts nude selfies on her popular social media channels, took her staunch support for the ‘No’ campaign to remarkably committed levels.

Ahead of the vote, Paola promised to give anybody who voted ‘No’ a present – in the form of sex act that she had declared herself a particular fan of.

Her offer came after Madonna famously offered to perform a similar act on anyone who voted for Hillary Clinton.

Following the provocative pledge, Paola was keen to reassure fans and voters that she was sincere and insisted on Facebook: “Love you guys! I'm not kidding I just want you thank you in my personal way.”

What happened after the ‘No’ campaign won?

The steadfast ‘No’ campaigner posted dates for a ‘Pompa Tour’ of Italian cities throughout January last year and told fans: “I am a woman of my word.”

The poster features an image of Paola sucking suggestively on a lollipop. ‘Pompa’ means ‘pump’ in Italian, and is a slang term for a sex act.

She added: “Those who say NO to the referendum will be waiting in delight for my ‘Pompa Tour’ in January for what I promised to those who voted no.”

When did the Paola Saulino's Pompa (Pump) tour start?

The tour kicked off on Saturday January 7 in Rome followed by cites including Florence, Bologna, Milan, Turin, Naples, Bari, Lecce and Palermo.

Paola urged fans to follow her on Facebook and Twitter to find out more.

After completing the first few phases of her tour, she climbed down from her vow to perform sex acts on all 19.4 million voters as she became tired after the first 400.

However Paola continued the tour with a second leg in Italy, and claimed to have pleasured another 300 men.

She also said she will perform sex acts on some of the 162,000 Italians living in Britain who voted No - and the entire squad of her beloved Napoli if they won the Champions League.

What is the latest on the Pompa tour?

she is planning bigger and “better” Pompa Tours across the globe after being flooded with invites.

She said: “I just need to earn some money. I want to plan another Pompa Tour better.

“I want to go to America – but people from all over the world have invited me. Chile, Turkey, Belgium, everywhere; I can’t wait to travel.”

There are an estimated 17.8 million Italian-Americans living in the States, around six per cent of the population.

Although many don’t have dual citizenship,  Paola is calling on all Italian-Americans who voted ‘no’ in the referendum last November to come forward and join her “movement”.

But Paola's Instagram page was taken down suddenly because of her saucy snaps — leaving it hard to update her fans.

She blamed the social media giant for ruining her Pompa tour.

Paola told The Sun Online: "I've experienced this problem in the past but my (page) was down for less than a week and the reason that Instagram gave was that I have explicit content on my page.

"Which is obviously was not accurate because I never violated Instagram's policy.

"I created a movement for sexual liberation and freedom of self expression and it leads me to the idea that Instagram is not allowing me to express myself and spread my message, especially when I have only positive intentions."

The closure of her account came just weeks after The Sun revealed she was mauled by a dog, causing injuries to her face that prevented her continuing her oral sex tour.
